Subscription Terms

These terms apply to individual CRAFT Professional subscriptions supplied by Project Risk Solutions. By starting a paid subscription, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

1. Who supplies CRAFT

CRAFT Professional is supplied by Project Risk Solutions, ABN 23 724 681 106, of Victoria, Australia ("PRS", "we", "us").

Paddle is the merchant of record for CRAFT Professional subscriptions. Paddle handles checkout, payment collection, invoices, payment-method updates and billing portal workflows. Your purchase transaction is with Paddle as merchant of record; PRS supplies the CRAFT service under these terms.

2. The CRAFT service

CRAFT is the Cost & Risk Analytics and Facilitation Tool. It supports project complexity assessment, risk identification and prioritisation, workshop facilitation, risk analysis and cost simulation. CRAFT supports professional judgement; it does not replace it. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, assumptions and decisions before relying on them.

3. Account and permitted use

An individual subscription is for the person associated with the CRAFT customer account. Keep your account credentials secure and do not share access. You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass subscription or security controls, interfere with other users, reverse engineer restricted service components, or use CRAFT unlawfully.

4. Plans, billing and tax

CRAFT Professional is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal. Prices are shown before checkout; final currency, tax and payment method availability are confirmed by Paddle at checkout.

Secure checkout is provided by Paddle, our payment and billing provider. Paddle processes your payment, tax calculation, invoices and billing portal. CRAFT receives only the subscription and fulfilment information needed to activate your account.

Subscriptions renew at the then-applicable price for the selected billing period until cancelled.

5. Launch pricing

Launch pricing is available for the first 100 eligible subscriptions per plan, unless the promotion expires earlier. Monthly launch pricing is A$59 per month for the first 24 monthly billing periods, then A$79 per month. Annual launch pricing is A$590 per year for the first two annual billing periods, then A$790 per year. Final currency and applicable tax are confirmed by Paddle at checkout.

  • Launch pricing is applied automatically when available. There are no discount codes to enter.
  • The 100-subscription limit applies separately to the monthly plan and the annual plan.
  • Launch pricing expires at 11:59 pm AEDT on 21 January 2027 unless it is exhausted earlier.
  • If launch pricing is unavailable, checkout shows the standard price before payment is confirmed.

There is no free trial.

6. Renewal and failed payments

Your subscription renews automatically at the then-applicable price unless you cancel before the next renewal. You can cancel at any time from the CRAFT Account page, which opens Paddle's billing portal.

If a renewal payment fails, you can update your payment method from the CRAFT Account page or follow Paddle's billing email instructions. If the subscription is not recovered, CRAFT access ends until the subscription is restored or you subscribe again.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel through the CRAFT Account page and Paddle customer portal. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. If a full refund is approved, access ends when the refund or cancellation is processed.

A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the first CRAFT Professional subscription payment on a CRAFT customer account. The guarantee applies once per CRAFT customer account and does not restart if you cancel, refund, change plan or subscribe again later. After the 14-day guarantee period, payments are not prorated or refunded except where required by law or Paddle's buyer terms.

Full details are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Your rights under Paddle's buyer terms and under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.

8. Your data and local projects

CRAFT runs in your browser and stores your project data locally on your own device. You can save and reopen projects as .prs files. Project data is not stored on PRS servers, which means PRS cannot access, recover or delete your projects for you. If your subscription ends, you will no longer be able to open or edit projects in CRAFT, but your .prs files remain on your device in a readable format.

Export important work to portable .prs files and maintain appropriate backups. Account, billing, service telemetry and AI-assisted processing are described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes

PRS aims to provide a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages and security events may temporarily affect access. PRS may update CRAFT and these terms where reasonably required for security, legal compliance or service improvement. Material changes will be communicated through the website, application or account contact details.

10. Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, PRS is not responsible for indirect loss or for decisions made without appropriate professional review of CRAFT outputs.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

11. Support

For subscription, account or service questions, contact contact@projectrisksolutions.com.au or see the contact and support page. Please include your CRAFT account email and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment card details, Paddle portal links or authentication cookies.
