All five workflow stages

Complexity, identification, prioritisation, Canvas and cost, with Project Overview setting the context and Reports and Configuration alongside. One connected project file carries your work through every stage.

Your method, configured

Matrices from 3×3 to 6×6 and your own risk-category profiles. Set them once, reuse them across every project.

Exports that go in the pack

Risk-register and Canvas workbooks, cost results, and a consolidated CRAFT workbook. Excel and JSON.

Good to know before you subscribe: your projects stay with you

CRAFT is local-first by design. Your project data lives on your own device, under your control. Here's what that means:

CRAFT runs in your browser and stores your project data locally on your own device. You can save and reopen projects as .prs files. Project data is not stored on PRS servers, which means PRS cannot access, recover or delete your projects for you. If your subscription ends, you will no longer be able to open or edit projects in CRAFT, but your .prs files remain on your device in a readable format.

Before you start

Use a desktop browser. A facilitator can share the screen during a workshop; simultaneous editing is not available. Keep .prs backups of your projects. CRAFT models cost risk, not schedule networks.

Risk matrices and categories can be configured to suit your organisation’s framework. See how CRAFT fits your work.

The commercial detail

Everything you'd want to check before you subscribe, in one place. Nothing buried.

Subscription and renewal

CRAFT Professional is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal. Prices are shown before checkout; final currency, tax and payment method availability are confirmed by Paddle at checkout.

You can cancel at any time from the CRAFT Account page, which opens Paddle's billing portal.

Payment, tax and invoices

Secure checkout is provided by Paddle, our payment and billing provider. Paddle processes your payment, tax calculation, invoices and billing portal. CRAFT receives only the subscription and fulfilment information needed to activate your account.

Paddle is the merchant of record for CRAFT Professional subscriptions and handles checkout, payment collection, invoices, payment-method updates and billing portal workflows.

Launch pricing conditions

Launch pricing is available for the first 100 eligible subscriptions per plan, unless the promotion expires earlier. Monthly launch pricing is A$59 per month for the first 24 monthly billing periods, then A$79 per month. Annual launch pricing is A$590 per year for the first two annual billing periods, then A$790 per year. Final currency and applicable tax are confirmed by Paddle at checkout.

  • Applied automatically. There are no discount codes to enter.
  • The 100-subscription limit applies separately to the monthly plan and the annual plan.
  • Launch pricing expires at 11:59 pm AEDT on 21 January 2027, unless it is exhausted earlier.
  • If launch pricing is no longer available, checkout clearly shows the standard price before you confirm.
  • Subscriptions are for one user and start with payment. Separately, you can request evaluation access before subscribing.
The 14-day guarantee, cancellation and refunds
  • A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your first CRAFT Professional subscription payment on a CRAFT customer account.
  • It applies once per CRAFT customer account and does not restart if you cancel, refund, change plan or subscribe again later.
  • Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal, and your access continues to the end of the current paid period.
  • Cancelling does not delete your CRAFT account, support records or the project files on your own machine.

What you need to run it

CRAFT is designed for desktop use because it includes workbook-style inputs, local file handling and canvas workflows. Mobile and tablet browsers are not recommended for full project work at launch.
